Buyer: the member who places an order on mas4games.com (the "Site") (the "Buyer"). The Buyer's name, e-mail address and phone number are taken from the membership details, and the billing details from the information given when ordering.
2. Subject
Under Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, this agreement sets out the rights and obligations relating to the sale and delivery of the digital products (e-pin codes, in-game top-ups, gift cards) that the Buyer orders electronically on the Site.
The name and quantity of the products, the price including VAT, any payment method service fee, the total amount, the currency and the payment method are stated in the order summary at the payment step. The order summary, the Pre-information form and this agreement are kept with the order when it is confirmed and can be viewed from the Buyer's account.
3. Formation of the agreement
The Buyer places the order at the payment step by ticking that they have read and accept the Pre-information form and this agreement. The agreement is formed by this acceptance.
4. Payment
Payment is made by card on the secure screen of the partner payment institution, by bank transfer or EFT, or with Site balance. If the Site balance does not cover the order, the rest is paid by card; that amount is loaded to the Buyer's balance and the order is paid from the balance. An order paid by bank transfer or EFT is processed once the payment reaches the Seller's bank account or the partner payment institution and is approved; it is cancelled if the payment does not arrive within the stated time. No charge is asked beyond the amount shown in the order summary.
5. Delivery
- Delivery is made electronically: codes are shown on the order page in the Buyer's account, and in-game top-ups are made to the player ID given by the Buyer.
- The Seller delivers within the time stated on the product page and in any case within thirty days of the payment's approval. If an order is not delivered within this time, the Buyer may terminate the agreement; the full payment is then refunded within fourteen days of the notice of termination.
- If the Seller cannot deliver an order or part of it, it informs the Buyer immediately, with the reason, and in any case within three days of learning of it, and refunds the price of the undelivered part as set out in article 9.
- To prevent fraud, the Seller may review an order before delivery and ask for verification; an order that cannot be verified is cancelled and refunded to the payment method used.
6. Obligations of the Buyer
- To give the player ID and game account details correctly. Mistakes noticed before delivery are corrected; the Seller is not responsible for top-ups made with wrong details that cannot be reversed.
- To use the product in the region and on the platform stated on the product page.
- To pay with a payment instrument of their own.
- Not to make an untrue payment dispute to their bank or payment institution for an order they received. In such a dispute the Seller presents the delivery records to the bank or payment institution; any amount paid back to the Buyer as a result of the dispute becomes the Buyer's debt to the Seller (details are in the Membership agreement).
7. Right of withdrawal
The products subject to this agreement are intangible goods delivered instantly in electronic form and services performed instantly. For this reason, the Buyer cannot use the right of withdrawal once the product has been delivered or the top-up has been made (Distance Contracts Regulation, art. 15/1-ğ). The Buyer accepts that they were informed of this in the pre-information and agreed to it.
An order not yet delivered is cancelled upon the Buyer's written notice through the Support Center or to {{email}}, and the full payment is refunded.
8. Faulty products
If a delivered code does not work, the Buyer reports it to the Support Center. The Seller checks the code with its supplier; if the code is faulty, it delivers a new one or refunds the payment. Codes that have already been used or added to an account cannot be replaced.
9. How refunds are made
Refunds are made to the Buyer's Site balance and the Buyer is informed. The Buyer may at any time ask for the unused part of a refund added to their balance to be returned to the payment method they used; this refund is made within fourteen days of the request at the latest, at no cost to the Buyer and in a single payment. Payments for orders that could not be verified in the security review are refunded to the payment method used. Refunds are made in the currency in which the order was placed.
10. Records
The Seller keeps the information and documents relating to this agreement for the periods required by law.
11. Disputes
The Buyer may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade, and to the Consumer Court for disputes above those limits.
12. Entry into force
This agreement was formed electronically and entered into force on the date the Buyer confirmed the order.
