Consent to commercial messages

Under Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and the Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages, MAS İLETİŞİM TEKNOLOJİ LTD STİ ("Mas4games") asks for your consent to send you commercial electronic messages about campaigns, discounts, new products and offers.

What you consent to

Through the channel you consent to (SMS, e-mail or phone call), you agree to receive Mas4games' commercial electronic messages about campaigns, discounts, new products, events and celebrations and, if you consent to e-mail, reminders of the products you left in your cart. You give consent separately for each channel; you may choose any of them.

What you should know

You are not obliged to give consent. Not giving consent does not affect your membership or your purchases.
You can withdraw your consent at any time, without giving a reason and free of charge: through the preferences in Account › Account settings, through the opt-out option in the message sent to you, or through the Message Management System (İYS).
Your consent and refusal records are sent to the Message Management System (İYS) and kept for 3 years from the end of the permission.
Notices about your order, payment, delivery and the security of your account are not commercial messages; they are sent even if you do not give consent. No products are promoted in these notices.
Your contact details are processed for this purpose as stated in the Privacy notice (KVKK).
