Two ways to buy: ID top-up and e-pin

Every category states clearly how its products are delivered. When a game has more than one option (such as Global, Türkiye or Europe), its packages appear once you choose one, so you never buy a package for another region by mistake.

• ID top-up: you enter the player ID shown on your in-game profile (and your server for some games); once your payment is confirmed, the currency goes straight to your account. We never ask for your password.
• E-pin: you receive a code after paying. It shows on your order page and under My account › My orders, and it is also sent to you by e-mail, so you can redeem it yourself whenever you like or give it to a friend.

E-pin codes and gift cards usually work in one region only. Before you buy, check your account's region and the option on the product page.

How to place an order

1. Open the game or gift card you want and choose the option that suits you.
2. Choose your package. For an ID top-up, type your player ID; tick "Remember this ID" and you won't need to type it next time.
3. Choose how to pay, and accept the pre-information form and the distance sales contract.
4. Once your payment is confirmed your order is prepared; you can follow it on its order page and under My orders.

You need a Mas4games account to shop, and you will be asked to confirm your e-mail address before your first order. You can also add several products to your cart and pay for them all at once.

How long does delivery take?

E-pin codes are usually delivered within seconds, and ID top-ups are made once your payment is confirmed. Some products are prepared by hand by our team; those orders are handled in turn and quickly too. If an order can't be delivered, its amount is refunded; the details are on the Cancellation and refunds page.

Ways to pay

• Credit and debit cards: you pay on the payment provider's secure page with 3D Secure; we never store your card details.
• Bank transfer (Havale / EFT): you choose your bank and follow the steps on the payment provider's page; your order is prepared once the payment is approved.
• Mas4games balance: top up your account and pay for orders from your balance. If your balance doesn't cover the whole order, you pay the rest by card. You can redeem a Mas4games gift balance code under My account › My wallet.

Some ways of paying carry a processing fee. It appears on its own line in the order summary before you pay, so the total you see at checkout is the amount you pay.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to give my game account's password?

No. For an ID top-up your player ID (and your server, if needed) is enough. We never ask for your password, and you should never share it with anyone.

What if I typed my player ID wrong?

Write to support straight away. If it is noticed before the top-up is made, the ID can be corrected; a top-up already made to another account may not be reversible, so check your ID before you pay.

Which region should I choose?

Choose the option that matches your account's or store's region. If you are not sure, read the description on the product page or ask us.

Can I return a code I bought?

By law, delivered digital codes and completed top-ups are digital content supplied at once, so the right of withdrawal does not cover them. If a code doesn't work, our support team looks into it. An order that has not been delivered yet can be cancelled.

Can I shop without an account?

No. Purchases are made with a Mas4games account, so your codes are kept safe in it, you can follow your orders and your account stays protected. Signing up is free and takes a few minutes.

I paid but my order is still waiting. What should I do?

First check the status on the order page: bank transfer (Havale / EFT) payments are processed once the payment provider approves them. If an order has been waiting for a long time, write to our support team with your order number and we will look into it right away.
